DAMAGES AND ORDER ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve any dissatisfaction. 

EXCHANGES

Due to the handmade nature of our items and scarcity of materials; exchanges are not eligible. Please be sure you purchase the correct sizes, styles and designs during check out. 

REFUNDS 

Due to the handmade process refunds are not accepted. Please ensure the purchase is correct before checking out. All items including gift cards are final sale. If your order is stolen, missing, or lost. Please reach out using the contact page or chat box. Stolen, missing or lost orders will be reimbursed through store credit only.
