Can I return my items?
With our commitment to hygiene, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any purchases. Please carefully review your selections before completing your order. Products marked as Final sale cannot be returned.
Where is my email response?
Please allow 24- 72 hours for an email response. Not including weekends or holidays.
Can I change my address or size?
Any order adjustments must be made within 24 hours of your purchase. Neglecting to do so may lead to your order being shipped to the address attached to your order.
How do I care for my items?
All handmade items must be hand washed and air dried or laid flat to keep it in good condition.
If you must use the washing machine, wash with delicate settings and cold temperatures only. Add your items in a laundry bag, drawstring bag or pillow case to ensure there is no friction fraying of picot lace.
Hang dry or dry laying flat only.
All items are delicate and have vintage materials and details. taking care of your dear Aprils items will ensure longevity.
When will my order ship?
- All items are made to order and ship within 2-5 business weeks after purchase date.
This is not including weekend or holidays.
